Olive Oil – Used for sauteing; you could also use vegetable, canola oil, or butter.
Mozzarella Cheese – For more flavor, you could substitute 1/4 c. of the mozzarella cheese for Parmesan. Remember to grab the block of cheese and shred it yourself for the ultimate reliability!

Type of Wood to Use

Similarly, this can be done using the oven. Set the temperature to about 400°F, place your stuffed peppers in a baking dish, and the dish in the oven. Cover with a foil and leave for about 35 minutes.
Remove the foil, add your cheese, and continue baking for another 10 minutes more. Remove from the oven and serve.
For leftovers, leave to cool and keep in an airtight container, and place in a refrigerator. Ideally, it should not stay more than three days in the refrigerator. When ready to have them again, put them in a pan and reheat them at 350°F in the oven. You can also do the reheating in a microwave, only that the pepper might get mushy.

1bunchflat leaf parsley
4cloves fresh garlicminced
